STRATEGY2BUSINESS MODEL PROGRAMME
Our “Strategy2Business Model” is a 12-month mentorship programme with the emphasis on Theory and Practical learning.
There are 6 workshops which are spread over 6 months. The 6 workshops are as follows:
1) Strategy
2) Finance
3) Sales & Marketing
4) HR & Communication
5) Projects
6) Business Model (No-charge)
Each of the workshops is underpinned by the 4 pillars of EASI®, namely Emotion; Achieve a Win; Simple & Straightforward and Implement.
During the last semester (i.e. last 6 months), delegates will have an opportunity to explore the workshop material with other delegates as well as a panel of experts. We are wanting these types of session to be conducted in the EASI® Connect Zones where we want to create a mixture between progressive multi-media and classical boardroom culture.
Specific topics relevant to business and personal will be conducted. All previous workshop material will be available at no extra cost.
We are busy negotiating some fantastic ‘add ons’ which will be published as and when they materialize.
Delegates will be able to pay for this programme in 3 ways:
1) Once off full payment (discount applies)
2) 2 payments in equal parts; the first before the commencement of the workshops and the last payment after the workshops are completed. (Delegates must pay the full price)
3) 12 months equal payments
Below is a presentation giving you a bit more information.
